Subway Series is an unprecedented celebration of the rich connection between baseball and New York, and furthermore between the two art museums and the teams with which they share a subway stop.  The exhibition The New York Yankees and the American Dream was curated by Thomas Solomon and Carlo McCormick, and is the companion to Subway Series: The New York Mets and Our National Pastime, Queens Museum of Art, July 18-October 24, 2004.
